It’s a joy to mentor Wayne and Gwenda, leaders of the Transformation Bible School (TBS). I’m excited to share a few highlights from the past year and the opportunities God is opening up for them in 2026.

A Year of Growth

2025 was the busiest year yet for TBS. They began the year with nine schools running across seven countries and, by God’s grace, completed every teaching assignment—training hundreds of people to follow Jesus and serve their churches.

They also launched two new schools in Hungary and Moldova, while completing their work with churches in Wales after seven fruitful years. It has been wonderful to see leaders grow and churches strengthened. Encouragingly, two teachers from Wales are now serving with them internationally.

Moldova: A Growing Impact

Their work in Moldova—the poorest country where they serve—has tripled in size over the past year. Around 20 Pentecostal churches are now involved with TBS as leaders seek deeper biblical training and renewal.

Teaching these passionate students—many of whom have no other access to theological training—is a real privilege.

A Celebration in Slovakia

In January, they celebrated the graduation of 35 students from the Foundation in the Faith course in the Zlaté Moravce region of Slovakia. The three-year programme concluded with a joyful celebration at the Zlaté Christian Centre.

A New Direction for Growth

The past year also revealed an important challenge. With most of the teaching carried out by Wayne and Gwenda, the ministry reached a capacity bottleneck. Simply put, there were more opportunities to start new schools than there were teachers to lead them.

Because of this, 2026 will focus on training new teachers.

Already, 24 people have expressed a calling to teach with TBS. Wayne and Gwenda will prioritise mentoring and equipping these new teachers so they can serve effectively as teachers and leaders. As they step into ministry, the number of schools is expected to increase.

New Opportunities

Albania – In February, Wayne travelled with the Hungarian TBS leader to meet pastors and explore launching new TBS courses. There is a deep hunger for biblical training among church leaders.

New Training Courses – A major milestone this past year was the completion of two brand-new 160-hour training programmes: Leadership Training and Youth Leader Training. These resources are designed to equip churches and raise a new generation of leaders.

How Can You Support Them?

Join us in praying that Transformation Bible School will continue to multiply—raising teachers, equipping leaders, and strengthening churches across Europe.

If you are interested in learning more about their work or supporting them, I would be delighted to put you in touch.
