Accelerating Christianity in the Next Generation

Passionate about seeing Christianity advanced in the rising generation, unity across the Church and a generation of leaders unite around mission. Dan & Marina Randle are a couple driven by purpose.

Not only do Dan & Marina disciple and invest into others - they know the importance of life long learning and having coaches and mentors invest into them for their own fruitfulness.

Judith and I had the pleasure of hosting them in our home before Christmas as part of our couple mentoring program and wanted to share with you the amazing things this couple are involved with - a great example to be multiplied.

Based in the UK and blessed with a beautiful daughter, Grace. Together, they serve as the Nxt Move Global Team Leaders for Europe, carrying a shared passion to see the next generation encounter Jesus and step boldly into God’s calling on their lives. 

Dan is also part of the Senior Leadership Team of Life Church Lancashire and Marina oversees the Young Adults Ministry there. In addition Dan is the Director of The Way and a member of the International Council of the World Evangelical Alliance. 

What Is Nxt Move?

A community of transformational relationships among leaders, with a singular focus on accelerating Christianity in the next generation. 

Their commitment is to empower and accelerate leaders to walk in alignment with God’s vision for their lives. Believing that as each leader flourishes, the collective impact will bring lasting transformation—locally and globally.

They pursue this vision through three key expressions:

1. Collaboration (Partnerships & Consulting)

We set the table for synergy—removing duplication and creating space for collaborative multiplication. By supporting what is already happening and birthing new initiatives, we serve leaders and organisations to enhance their next-generation focus and impact.

2. Catalytic Gatherings & Convening

We bring together European leaders of leaders to encounter God, build deep relationships, engage in strategic conversations, and share best practices—leading to genuine collaboration and community.

3. Leadership Cultivation

We invest in leaders through mentoring and coaching, empowering them to step confidently into their God-given calling.

Expanding Across Europe

As they look forward into 2026, they sense a clear call to grow the team and increase impact particularly within key sub-regions such as the Balkans and the Nordics.

To do this well, they are seeking to raise £50,000 to expand their capacity and strengthen their reach:

• Balkans Leader (part-time): £15,000

• Nordic & Scandinavian Leader (part-time): £15,000

• Administration support: to increase coaching & mentoring capacity: £10,000

• Amplify Academy – equipping young evangelists - UK & Europe: £10,000
