Earlier in the year I had the privilege of delivering leadership training to the HGMI in Hungary with Drew Brown, the International Schools director of Prepare International.
The training was focused on how to become leaders who effectively represent the Kingdom of God on earth, challenging mindsets of what a leader is and how they can nurture and equip others through their role.
Albert Durko, the CEO of the HGMI, sees the value in running this type of training to equip leaders for their mission. He summarises,
“We expect a revival among the Roma, for that we need to train such leaders now, those who will be capable of training and equipping others”.
