At the beginning of March organisational leaders from the UK, France, Romania, Czech Republic and the Netherlands joined the Proton Foundation team at Grovelands House, Coventry to experience the STEPS to Excellence course.
There are almost 2.2 million Roma people living in Romania; 75% of which live in poverty. As the EU declares 2010 as the year to combat poverty and social exclusion, the Proton Foundation begins to explore new opportunities to transform life for the Roma community.
