STEPS Taster Courses

The Proton Foundation is offering the opportunity to experience firsthand the personal impact of the STEPS to Excellence training programme to church and organisational leaders.

The Proton Foundation is registered with The Pactific Institute (TPI) to deliver programmes which we believe can bring real transformation to individuals, teams, companies and organisations.

About the Pacific Institute:

About the Taster Course:

We have negotiated an opportunity to offer the STEPS to Excellence programme to organisational leaders in the form of a taster session and we would highly recommend that you consider experiencing firsthand the impact of this course personally before looking at how the material could strategically best add value to your support staff and organisation's development.

The course will be facilitated by Jim Dunn, Project Manager of the TPI Europe Corporate Team and also a nationally recognised Management Training Consultant. The course will be fast tracked over two days.
