Providing a professional working environment for staff, Grovelands also gives plenty of room for the ministry to grow and expand its  capacity in order to achieve its vision of being in 48 nations by 2020.

Ideally situated in the heart of England, just off the main UK motorway network and only 20 minutes drive from European links via Birmingham Airport, the offices are certainly fit for purpose.

Over the summer months the bottom floor of the two storey office block was refurbished and fitted out ready for the staff's arrival.

The large open plan office space provides an International operational nerve centre for regional teams working together to facilitate the many and varied aspects of the vision and mission of the ministry.

Hot desks are available for visiting international staff and guests, whilst designated quiet zones provide a peaceful escape for those needing to focus, read or study.

Through the clever use of glass partitions, three new areas have also been specially crafted to meet NLI's growing needs for creativity, innovation and expansion.

DESIGN is the media space where creative juices can flow across the field of design and media.

DISCUSS provides conference room facilities for those all important Board, Executive and Regional Team meetings.

DEVELOP provides a large training and learning space equipped with multi-media facilities and soft leather sofas,  ideal for inhouse weeks, workshops and even small day conferences.
