Eurosummit Madrid 2009

Connect, Contribute and Change were the daily themes for Next Level International's October 2009 Eurosummit, which saw almost 100 leaders and partners from around the globe come together just outside Madrid in Spain.

Judith Linnell, Manager for the Eastern Region commented, "For me, the most powerful moment of Eurosummit came when Thomas Spiridigliozzi, NLI's Canadian National Director, vividly demonstrated what it means to 'contribute' by ‘parading’ all the Canadians attending the conference who are currently partnering with NLI. There must've been 30 plus people. Incredible!"

This year also saw a couple of new elements introduced at Eurosummit. Firstly, we piloted a couple of modules from the DNA course and secondly, delegates were sent on a 'field trip' into nearby Alcala to help them understand challenges faced by church planters in Europe.

There was huge anticipation, faith and captivation of the vision and we believe that by God’s grace and with good friends we are going to advance the cause of Jesus in Europe at this time.

The next Eurosummit will coincide with Next Level International's 20th anniversary, so we’re planning something very special to celebrate. But there’s a lot to be done before 2011! Watch this space!!
