Accessible Project Management

The Proton Foundation is adding a new course to its Education, Training & Development portfolio in January with the aim of making Project Management training both accessible and affordable to SMEs.

Most growing small to medium enterprises and charitable organisations eventually find themselves in the position of needing to put in place  project management processes and procedures in order to support their growing service provision.  How do  leaders and managers introduce a project management culture into their organisation?

Sometimes project management  can appear overwhelming and  very complex and accessing training can be costly for a company operating within a limited training budget.  With SME's in mind PRINCE2 qualified project management practitioners Chris Prees and Damian Harries have combined forces with the Proton Foundation to make project management training accessible and affordable. Based on a 5-stage process the two day training course will provide foundational understanding of successful project management processes and equip your staff with the tools to initiate, plan and manage projects from inception to implementation.

To launch this new programme a pilot course has been scheduled for 26/27 January at Coventry, UK.  At a greatly reduced delegate rate, places are limited so register your interest quickly using the online form to avoid disappointment.

Beyond the training course we are also adding Project Management into the Proton Consult toolkit, offering a fantastic opportunity to our partners to have a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner on hand to mentor and coach their project teams.  With a combined experience in project management of  over 20 years our team will provide hands on support specific to the unique needs of your organisation.
