“Who goes to Romania for Spring Break?” We heard that comment a few times in the last month, but what an adventure! After 20+ hours in transit, crossing 8 time zones, the Goulden family - Mom, Dad, kids aged 17, 15, and 13 -  spent 3 days in Bucharest and then 7 in a small village, Poiana, visiting a church plant.

The Sport in Action Team are encouraging people to get on their bikes this summer to help raise funds to support the build of a new sports hall extension at the family centre in Poiana, Romania. Sport in Action, a department of the Proton Foundation, is all about utilising the power of Sport to bring communities together.
